Change Audits

The Change History feature allows you to keep track of changes made to your data. With each logged item, the item information, account, time and date of the change, and information about the change are all stored.

Change history is recorded for the following items:

  • Parts – Create, destroy, change primary parameters, adding or removing quotes, adding or removing alternate parts. Custom parameter changes are not logged. Part list changes are not logged.
  • Manufacturers – Create, destroy, and change.
  • Vendors – Create, destroy, and change.
  • Units – Create, destroy, and change.
