The term “Agreement” collectively includes, and hereby incorporates, all of the following:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Customers must be a new customer or organization and not have had a previous paid subscription.
- Customers participating in a free trial are not guaranteed access to the discounted introductory rate. To secure the discount, they must enroll in a paid subscription before their trial ends.
- Previous customers are excluded from this promotion.
Subscription & Pricing Terms:
- The introductory pricing applies for 12 months from the subscription start date.
- Introductory pricing expires 2026-06-30, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard pricing applicable to the selected plan unless the customer cancels before renewal.
- Standard pricing is subject to change, and customers will be notified in advance of any adjustments.
General Conditions:
- We reserve the right to determine eligibility, modify, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
